DDPL was established in 1979.
It currently consists of 36 teams from clubs and pubs throughout Dunfermline and the surrounding area.
This League, in 1996, became the first in Scotland to have a presence on the World Wide Web. DDPL registered players are welcome to join this site and access news articles, forums, tables and results.

AGM 2008
The 2008 AGM will be on Sunday 10th August at 1pm in the Ex-Serviceman's Club, Rosyth.
Registration will be Monday 25th August. Fixtures will be available from 1st September. Season starts 9th September. Cups start 11th September.
After a meeting with Mr Howard Miller, pool promotions manager with Rileys the SPA are delighted to announce that Rileys will be sponsoring the Scottish 7 person team event to be played in Riley Clubs throughout Scotland. With a prize fund of £5000 and only £35 per team to enter this will be one of the major pool tournaments for the SPA members.
Details of this event will be dicussed at the next SPA meeting where entry forms and posters will be distributed to all area reps.
